Full disclosure: I don't like red wine. I know I'm "supposed" to, but I just don't. However, as a young, wannabe artsy student I consumed copious amounts of red wine, because it's what artsy people did. The result, many memories (happy and sad) fuelled by Merlot...it's the only one I stomach.
